Primus Bank UK is a full service bank offering retail and corporate and investment banking services in the UK and Europe. The Bank delivers its products and services through five branches located in the UK and one branch in Antwerp, Belgium as well as through internet and telephone banking.

The Bank was incorporated in England and Wales on 11 February 2003 as a private company with the name Primus Bank UK Ltd. and on 30 October 2006 converted to being a public limited company. The Bank's registered office is 21 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7LY. The Bank is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (the FSA) and is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme established under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The Bank has a long-term foreign currency credit rating of Baa1 from Moody's, which is one notch higher than the UK sovereign rating.
